Can we place decorations on the walls?

Yes, all that we ask is for your decorations, or adhesives, to not damage our walls. Please keep in mind we do not provide tape.

Are we allowed to bring outside drinks?
Unfortunately, outside drinks is not allowed. It is stated within our parties policy terms and conditions that we do not allow outside drinks. Violation of our policies will be handled accordingly.
How early can we go into the party room prior to our party time?

Please keep in mind that the party room is privately booked for your event only during the time frame you have booked it from. Based upon availability, we will allow you to go into the party room roughly 10-15 mins prior to your party room time to set up. Please keep in mind this is not guranteed. If you have any special accommodations, please notify our staff and we will assist accordingly.

What do my guests do when arriving?

When your party guests arrive they will have to sign our waiver form on the tablets located at the front desk. If they have already signed the waiver form in advanced, via https://kidtopia.zone/waiver/, our staff will need to confirm it through phone number, email, or name. After our staff has confirmed the waiver form, your guest will need to sign in on the party sheet. If they have any gifts, food, or decorations, they can notify our staff to place it on the rack dedicated to your party room located behind the front desk. After, they are all good to go!

Do my guests have to bring their own socks?

Everyone is required to wear socks at Kidtopia. Guests are welcome to bring their own socks. If guests do not have socks, we do provide socks for $3/pair.

Can I move the tables and chairs in the party room?

Yes, as long as our party room is returned back to our original layout when the party room time is finished. Our staff is not responsible for returning the party room to its original layout. You are responsible for returning the party room to its original layout. Please keep in mind this must be done during your party room time.

Mask Requirements

Everyone 2 years and older are required to wear a mask at all time except when eating/drinking.

How early can we go into the party room prior to our party time?

How do I book a party at Kidtopia?
We recommend checking out our website for information regarding party packages and our food/drink menu. You will be able to place your deposit online for your party. Once you have placed your deposit online, please wait 3-4 business days for us to contact you to confirm the party date, time, and any additional scheduling logistics. Please note, if you have called in to check for availabilities that all parties are tentative until confirmed by Kidtopia. If you are interested in booking in person at our facility, please ask for the shift lead or manager.
I've made my deposit for my party, now what?
After you have placed your deposit we will send you confirmation email in 3-4 business days, including your party date, time, package, and deposit amount. Be sure to send to your guests the online waiver form via https://kidtopia.zone/waiver/, in order to speed up the check-in process the day of the event. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please email us at team@kidtopia.zone. We will remind you one week prior to your party date to send in your food/drink order.
Where can we store our food, cakes, decorations, presents, etc.?
We recommend notifying our staff at the front desk to place it on the racks dedicated to your party room. Please state which party you are here for, and the room #, and our staff will place it in its assigned party room space. When your party room time arrives, our staff will move everything from the assigned space to the party room. If you have any items that need to be refrigerated, please notify our staff and we will help accordingly.
