We offer multiple party packages to choose from for a party of any size. From the moment you reserve your party, we are dedicated to providing a fun, stress-free birthday experience while you relax and enjoy your child’s special day.

Once your booking request is received, one of our team members will be in touch with you in order to confirm your order.

Party Room Terms & Conditions
Party cancellations and/or changes:
- Deposits will be non-refundable 3 weeks prior to your party date.
- Party date/time can only be rescheduled ONCE via email request at least 3 weeks prior to your party.
- ANY CHANGES to the party MUST be done 3 weeks prior to your party.
- If you need to reschedule your party more than once, you will lose your deposit.
○ The rescheduling fee applies $50 for small, $75 for medium, & $100 large for any reason.
BILL MUST BE PAID 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE PARTY ENDS.
- A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to your final bill to cover host services, setup, cleanup, and other services.
○ PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Room:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen gifts.
- There will be a charge for damaged walls. Tape is allowed to hang decorations (NO Wall-damaging materials)
- Outside entertainment (e.g. performers, games) is allowed but must be pre-approved by management.
- A $50 charge will be applied if excess cleaning is needed for your party & staying over 15 minutes.
- Must bring your own materials for decorations, like tape & scissors.
- Guests are required to leave the premises within 5 minutes after the party concludes.
Food and Drinks:
- Outside food is allowed with no charge.
- Storing cakes, food ahead of time is not permitted due to space limitations.
- We do NOT have a freezer to store ice cream cakes.
- We will email you 1 week prior to your party to confirm headcount and drink order.
- NO OUTSIDE DRINKS ALLOWED, including water. All drinks must be purchased from KidTopia.
- Alcoholic beverages is PROHIBITED at all times.
Items Permitted:
- Birthday candles, lighters, cake cutter, serving plates and utensils
- Balloons (and equipment), scissors, tape to hand decorations or painters tape
- Children high chair
- Food warmer, microwave, party speakers
Items NOT Permitted
- Balloons with confetti, piñata, silly string, thumb tacks/pins, confetti, bubble machine
Socks are REQUIRED to play on the play structures! Your own socks are acceptable, or we have some available for purchase; $3 per pair. Waver Form is REQUIRED for children BEFORE playing on the structures.
All party packages include
- Birthday child and parents are included in the birthday package count.
- Our set up only includes tablecloths, utensils, napkins, and plates.
- A host (one of the team member/s) will set up, service, and clean up your room; they can also help pass out food/drinks for the children and cut the cake.
- Additional set up, including decorations, will be the responsibility of the parents.
- WEEKEND suggested schedule for the 2hrs
○ The 1st hour is for check in, decorating, & set up (while children are playing & guests are arriving
○ The last hour is for cake cutting & eating. The children can go back & play until your party time ends.
*Please let us know if you will be bringing your own themed tablecloth, napkins, and/or plates. Deposits will be non-refundable 3 weeks prior to your party date. Outside entertainment must be pre-approved by management.
Room reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit has been paid. It is recommended to reserve your party at least 1 month in advance. If you place a deposit over the weekend, we will get back to you early the following week. PRICES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Can we place decorations on the walls?
Yes, all that we ask is for your decorations, or adhesives, to not damage our walls. Please keep in mind we do not provide tape.
Are we allowed to bring outside drinks?
How early can we go into the party room prior to our party time?
Please keep in mind that the party room is privately booked for your event only during the time frame you have booked it from. Based upon availability, we will allow you to go into the party room roughly 10-15 mins prior to your party room time to set up. Please keep in mind this is not guranteed. If you have any special accommodations, please notify our staff and we will assist accordingly.
What do my guests do when arriving?
When your party guests arrive they will have to sign our waiver form on the tablets located at the front desk. If they have already signed the waiver form in advanced, via https://woocommerce-711722-2358008.cloudwaysapps.com/waiver/, our staff will need to confirm it through phone number, email, or name. After our staff has confirmed the waiver form, your guest will need to sign in on the party sheet. If they have any gifts, food, or decorations, they can notify our staff to place it on the rack dedicated to your party room located behind the front desk. After, they are all good to go!
Do my guests have to bring their own socks?
Everyone is required to wear socks at Kidtopia. Guests are welcome to bring their own socks. If guests do not have socks, we do provide socks for $3/pair.
How do I book a party at Kidtopia?
I've made my deposit for my party, now what?
Where can we store our food, cakes, decorations, presents, etc.?
Can I move the tables and chairs in the party room?
Yes, as long as our party room is returned back to our original layout when the party room time is finished. Our staff is not responsible for returning the party room to its original layout. You are responsible for returning the party room to its original layout. Please keep in mind this must be done during your party room time.
Mask Requirements
Everyone 2 years and older are required to wear a mask at all time except when eating/drinking.
