POLICY

KidTopia is suitable for children AGES 6 MONTHS TO 12 YEARS.

Children MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.

All guests are REQUIRED to complete AND sign our online waiver before entering the play area.

ALL guests must wear socks in the playground area; NO SHOES AND NO BAREFEET.

Children who appear to be unwell will be asked to return at a later time when they are feeling better. Parents and guardians are respectfully requested to consider their children’s health and well-being.

KidTopia is not a drop-off center or child care facility. Children must be supervised at all times by parents and caregivers within the open play area.

We understand many of our guests are potty training. If so, we ask that children wear appropriate potty-training undergarments while at KidTopia. Swim diapers are not permitted in the play area. There will be a $50 cleaning fee if your child soils on the facility; $100 cleaning fee if your child soils in the ball pit.

Changing is permitted ONLY in restrooms, which have been outfitted with baby changing stations. No Exceptions.

KidTopia is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

KidTopia reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone for any reason.
